Snagit supports both OneDrive for Business and OneDrive Personal. To make sure Snagit works with iCloud, open System Settings (macOS 13) or System Preferences (macOS 12 or older), select Apple ID, and deselect the Optimize Mac Storage option. Note: Windows may experience delays when syncing to iCloud, which impacts Snagit file availability. Set the My Drive syncing option to Mirror files mode. Download Drive for desktop from the Google website. To save your library to Drive, you must use Drive for desktop. To save your library to Dropbox, install the desktop app from the Dropbox website. To access all Snagit files, mark the entire Snagit folder in your Box as offline.By default only recently accessed files are available offline.To save your library to Box, you must use Box Drive.
